Lisa Mann completed her Bachelor of Arts degree from Anderson University in Indiana, with a major in Music Education and a minor in Church Music. Prior to moving back to her hometown of Boulder in spring of 2005, Lisa taught The Music Playhouse classes in Indianapolis. In Indiana, Lisa was also a vocalist with the worship team at Common Ground Christian Church, where she also served as the choir director. Prior to becoming a mother, Lisa taught 6th grade general music and directed the middle school choir at Carmel Junior High School in Indiana for two years. Lisa also served at the teaching assistant to the Anderson Area Children’s Choir. Lisa has taught both private vocal and piano lessons to beginning students. She plays the piano, clarinet and guitar. Lisa is The Music Playhouse City Director for the Denver/Boulder area.

Megan Titensor earned her Master’s degree in Cello Performance at the University of Colorado at Boulder and her Bachelor of Music degree from Utah State University where she gained valuable experience as a soloist and chamber musician and performed in master classes for some of the world’s most respected musicians, such as Paul Katz, Carter Brey, and the Vermeer and Cavani Quartets.  She currently performs with the MEO String Quartet and has a large studio of private cello students ranging from young Suzuki cellists to adult beginners.  Also an accomplished pianist, Megan has extensive experience as a performer and collaborator, enabling her to accompany her own students.  Having begun her own formal training at the age of six, Megan especially enjoys working with children and enhancing their musical development.  She enjoyed growing up in her musical family and is the proud aunt of eleven nieces and nephews.  Megan brings great experience and skill to The Music Playhouse classroom.
